Experience Kabbalah in Motion, a series of exercises that combine yogic traditions with Hebrew mantras. Feel the energy of Shechinah (Hebrew for the Divine Presence) and Kundalini (Hindi for corporeal energy), allowing you a sense of wholeness. Through postures, breath work, Kabbalistic meditation and Hebrew chanting, we wake up to our “bodysouls” in preparation for the upcoming New Year. We welcome all levels of knowledge and practice.
