Tell Congress: Support the Orderly and Responsible Iraq Redeployment Appropriations Act

Since the summer, 92 Members of Congress have signed a letter to the President pledging that we will not provide another dime for his failed policy.  Our letter made it clear that the only funding that we would vote for is funding to protect our troops and contractors and bring them home.

That is why we are excited that our efforts have led to h.r. 4156, the Orderly and Responsible Iraq Redeployment Appropriations Act. While not perfect, this legislation marks an important step in our fight by tying funding to the responsible redeployment of our troops from Iraq, while mandating that the President begin redeployment within 30 days of being signed into law.
