Your voice is needed! Tell Congress to override a Presidential veto of a bill that would give health insurance to 4 million children!
Both the House and Senate have given bipartisan support to a bill that would give 4 million more children health insurance in working families under the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP).
However, the President has vetoed the bill. Now it's up to the House and Senate to override it. Call Congress and demand that everyone support this bipartisan bill to provide for children's health care!
There are two ways to make a difference: First, send an email to Congress urging them to enact the bill for children's health care.
Or, you can call your Congressional representatives (toll free) 1-800-828-0498 and give them the same message: stand up for children's health care (see this guide for help on how to call your representatives)!
