Recently, it was reported that the Bush Administration censored a climate change report by the Director of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), confirming -- again -- that the President refuses to face the dangers of global warming.

Please email President Bush and urge him to tell the whole story about how the report was censored and who was involved. We can't let President Bush continue to muzzle scientists on global warming.

Recently, the Director of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Dr. Julie Geberding, testified at a Senate Environment and Public Works Committee hearing that Senator Barbara Boxer chaired. Before the hearing, Dr. Geberding provided the White House with a copy of the testimony she was preparing to deliver about the health risks associated with global warming -- but crucial details about these risks were missing from the version of the report submitted to the Committee.

Included in the missing pages were many details that attributed potential public health problems to global warming as well as statements like, "Scientific evidence supports the view that the earth's climate is changing...CDC considers climate change a serious public health concern."

We deserve a full account of what happened during this White House review process, and demand that you explain how the report was censored, and who was involved.
