Thank you taking action on LB 1174, the Corporate Farming Bill.  The bill was ultimately pulled from the agenda by its sponsor, Senator Dierks, after a key amendment failed.  It will not be reconsidered during this legislative term.  You action, however, is most appreciated.  We will keep you informed if this or another bill surfaces in future legislative sessions.
