Q: What is the ACWA Outreach Action Center?
A: ACWA’sOutreach Action Center allows members to create individual accounts, receive and track ACWA alerts, customize outreach letters, take immediate web-based action to legislators, track your agency’s outreach efforts,  pass information along, develop contact lists and search for your legislator using agency service boundaries

A: Any ACWA public agency member who is engaged in ACWA's Outreach Network.

 

Q: How do I sign up for the ACWA Outreach Action Center?

Q: How do I find my legislator?

A: Visit the following link and enter your zip code. 

 

Q: What if I am signed up but forgot my password?

A: Visit this link and enter your e-mail address.  The system will have your password e-mailed to you.

Q: Can I print off and mail my letter to my legislator?
A: Yes, you can download your letter and send via mail or fax diretly to your legislator.

Q: Who is authorized at your agency to use ACWA's Outreach Action Center?
A: The user is whoever the agency assigns outreach duties to according to its own policy & procedures.

Q: Can multiple users at my agency have access to ACWA's Outreach Action Center?
A: It's up to each agency who may have access.  Remember, that these letters can be sentdirectly to your legislators, so make sure you give access to whomever in your agecny is authorized to communicate with legislators.
